IEEE Computational Intelligence Society

The IEEE Computational Intelligence Society (CIS) Kenya Chapter is a professional community dedicated to advancing the theory, design, application, and development of computational paradigms which include neural networks, fuzzy systems, evolutionary computation, hybrid intelligent systems.

It serves as a hub for researchers, practitioners, and students by fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and innovation within the computational intelligence field. Through these activities, the chapter contributes to both local and global technological progress while addressing challenges relevant to Kenya and the wider African context.

Beyond research, IEEE CIS Kenya has a strong focus on educational outreach and capacity building.
