Session schedule
- Day 1 (Wednesday 3rd December 2025) – 18:00 – 19:30 EAT – Vice Secretary, Vice Treasurer and Treasurer (6 candidates)
- Day 2 (Thursday 4th December 2025) – 18:00 – 19:30 EAT – Vice Chair and Chair (6 candidates)
Format: Moderator intro, 3-minute pitches per candidate, live Q&A (3 questions per candidate, 2 minutes per answer), closing remarks.
